Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it, unused, clean, and complete with all accessories, including the original packaging.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a shipping label to return the product, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package.
Any products returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can quickly assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products

Products that have been opened in their sanitary packaging or are for personal use.

The fastest way to get another product is to return your current product, and once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new product separately.
Recovery
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned product, and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, the amount will be transferred to the original payment method.
