By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms. These terms are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this arrangement, to protect each party and to set expectations regarding our service.

Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain an accurate number of products available on our website. However, inventory discrepancies may occasionally occur, which may prevent us from fulfilling all items ordered at the time of purchase. In this case, we will ship the available items to you and contact you to determine whether you wish to wait for restocking of the unavailable items or prefer a refund.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the order's weight, dimensions, and destination. The shipping cost is added to the total order amount.
This price will be the final shipping price and no additional fees will be charged.

Delivery Terms
3.1 Local Transit Time
Domestic shipments are typically delivered within 5 to 14 business days.

3.2 International Transit Time
International shipments typically arrive within 4 to 22 days, depending on the shipping company you choose. We can provide you with a more accurate estimate when you select your shipping company on the checkout page.

3.3 Shipping time
Orders are processed and shipped within two business days of payment.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during regular business hours, excluding holidays when operations are suspended. In these cases, we strive to minimize any shipping delays as much as possible.

3.4 Change of delivery address
We may change the delivery address at any time before the order is shipped.

3.5 Shipping to PO Boxes
KidZone ships to PO Boxes using postal services only. We cannot use other shipping companies for these addresses.

3.6 Shipping to Military Addresses
We are only able to ship to military addresses using USPS, and are unable to offer this service through other shipping companies.

3.7 Products out of stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait until it becomes available before shipping the entire order. Available items will be held until restocked.

3.8 Delivery time exceeded
If the delivery time exceeds the specified time, please contact us to initiate the verification process.

Tracking notifications
After the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking link to monitor the shipment status based on updates provided by the shipping company.

Packages damaged in transit
If you notice damage to your package during delivery, please refuse to accept it from the shipping company and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered in your absence, please contact us to determine the next steps.

Customs duties and taxes

Sales tax is pre-calculated and included in the product price as displayed on the website.

6.2 Customs duties and taxes on imports
For international shipments, customs duties and taxes are settled in advance and no additional fees will be charged when the order arrives in the destination country.

Insurance
All packages are insured against loss or damage up to the value specified by the shipping company.

8.1 Packages damaged in transit
The amount will be refunded or the product will be replaced once the shipping company completes the investigation procedures.

8.2 Packages lost in transit
The refund or replacement will be issued once the shipping company confirms the loss of the package.
